These terms are the agreement between you and WSSJV Digital LLC, a New Hampshire company ("we", "us"), for using CampNomics: the app on iPhone, Android and the web, and campnomics.com. By using CampNomics you agree to them. We've kept them as plain as we can.
You can use CampNomics without an account, with your data kept only on your device. If you create one, keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Everything you put into CampNomics stays yours. You give us permission to store it, sync it between your devices and process it only to run the app for you, as our privacy policy describes. You can export it or delete your account at any time from inside the app.
CampNomics has a free version and a paid one, Pro. What each includes is shown in the app and may change over time; if we take away something you've paid for during a paid period, you'll keep it until that period ends.
Purchases through Apple or Google are refunded under their policies: ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google through Google Play's order history. We can't issue those refunds ourselves, but if something went wrong, email [email protected] and we'll help. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, nothing here takes it away.
CampNomics gives you forecasts, national averages, propane and boondocking estimates, maintenance schedules, tire age warnings and reminders. They're our best figures from the data available, not guarantees, and not financial, legal, mechanical or safety advice. Always follow your manufacturer's guidance, inspect your rig, tires, brakes and propane system yourself or with a qualified technician, and don't rely on the app as your only reminder for anything that affects safety. Reminders depend on your device and its settings and can be missed.
Please don't misuse CampNomics: no breaking the law with it, getting into other people's accounts, interfering with the service, copying or reselling it, or uploading anything you don't have the right to store. We may suspend an account that does, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.
Some tips in the app link to other companies' sites. We don't control them. If a link ever earns us a commission, the app and the page will say so next to it.
We may update CampNomics and these terms. For a change that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect; continuing to use CampNomics after that means you accept it. You can stop using CampNomics and delete your account at any time. If we ever shut CampNomics down, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your data.
CampNomics is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim about CampNomics is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
If you got CampNomics from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support. Apple's only warranty duty is to refund the purchase price if the app fails to meet an applicable warranty. Apple isn't responsible for claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You also agree to the App Store's own terms of use.
