Effective October 28, 2026
Short version: CampNomics keeps what you put into it so it can show you what your rig costs. We don't sell it, we don't share it for advertising, and there are no ads or tracking in the app or on this site. You can export it or delete it any time, from inside the app.
This policy covers the CampNomics app (iPhone, Android and web) and campnomics.com. CampNomics is made by WSSJV Digital LLC, a New Hampshire company ("we", "us"). Questions: [email protected]. A person reads that inbox. By mail: WSSJV Digital LLC, PO Box 24, Derry, NH 03038.
Your account. Your email address, and a password (stored only as a one-way hash by our sign-in provider) or, if you sign in with Google, the name and email address Google shares with us. You can use the app without an account; then everything stays on your device and none of it reaches us.
What you enter. The app stores what you type or choose so it can do its job:
Days you used the app. The app records which days it was opened (a date, nothing more). That's how it knows how many days of your own data it has, which is the heart of how CampNomics works.
Things that stay on your device. Reminder settings and the reminders themselves, your light or dark choice, which documents you keep for offline use, and which savings tips you've dismissed. We never see these.
What we don't collect. Your location (the app never asks for it), your contacts, advertising identifiers, or analytics about how you use the app. There is no advertising SDK in the app.
We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for advertising, and we don't use it to build a profile of you for anyone else.
These companies process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:
| Service | What it does for us | What it sees |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Our database, sign-in and file storage | Your account and everything you sync |
| Sign in with Google, only if you choose it | That you signed in to CampNomics | |
| Expo | Delivers app updates to your phone | Your device type, app version and IP address when the app checks for an update |
| Cloudflare | Hosts this website, the calendar feed and the beta feedback form | Standard web request details, such as IP address |
| Resend | Sends account emails, such as password reset links | Your email address and the email we send you |
| MailerLite | Our email list, only if you join it | Your email address. If you sign up to test the app: also your first name, the kind of phone you test on, your rig type and how you track RV costs today |
| Atlassian (Jira) | Tracks beta feedback, only if you send some | What you write, plus your device model, system version and app version |
| Apple and Google app stores | Sell subscriptions, when they're available | Your purchase. We see whether you're subscribed, never your card. |
Before we add any other service that receives your information (for example payments on the web, crash reports or product analytics), we'll update this page and the app stores' privacy details first.
We'd also share information if the law required it, or to protect someone's safety, and if CampNomics were ever sold, this policy would go with it.
If you turn on the Pro calendar feed, the app makes a private link that calendar apps use to show your maintenance, payments, renewals and trip dates. The link contains no dollar amounts. Anyone with the link can see those dates, so share it with care. You can turn it off or make a new link in the app at any time.
We keep your data while you have an account. In the app, Menu > Privacy and account > Delete my account deletes your account, every record and every file, on our servers right away. Copies in our database provider's backups roll off within 30 days. Deleting the app alone doesn't delete your account. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: do that in your phone's subscription settings.
Email list: every email has an unsubscribe link, or ask us at [email protected] and we'll delete your address.
We'll answer any request within 30 days and won't treat you differently for making one.
We don't sell or share personal information, as California law (CCPA/CPRA) defines those words, and we haven't in the past 12 months. There's nothing to opt out of, but you're welcome to tell us anyway at [email protected]. You have the right to know what we collect (listed above), to get a copy, to correct it and to delete it, using the choices above. You can also have someone you authorize make a request for you. We don't use sensitive personal information to infer things about you.
Data travels encrypted, and each account can read only its own records, enforced by the database itself. Files are stored privately. No system is perfect; if something ever went wrong that affected your information, we'd tell you.
CampNomics isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Your information is stored and processed in the United States.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top, and for any change that matters we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
